Refund Policy

Zakazhi ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides digital, subscription-based software for online appointment booking and business management. We provide access to a software service only; we do not sell, ship, or deliver physical goods, and no physical products, returns, or exchanges are involved in any transaction with Zakazhi. This Refund Policy explains the terms that apply to payments for our subscriptions and related digital services. By subscribing to a plan or making a payment to Zakazhi, you agree to the terms set out below together with our Privacy Policy.

Definitions

  • Service: the digital appointment booking and business management functionality made available by Zakazhi through our website and mobile application.
  • Customer / You: the company, organization, or individual that registers for an account and subscribes to use the Service.
  • Subscription: any paid plan, whether recurring or one-time, that grants access to the Service for a defined period.
  • Booking: any appointment or reservation scheduled, managed, or processed through the Service.

Refund Eligibility

You may submit a refund request within 7 (seven) days of the date of the relevant payment. All requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis. A refund may be granted where the request relates to:

  • duplicate charges or other billing errors arising from a payment processing issue;
  • verified technical issues that prevent access to or use of the Service and that our team is unable to resolve within a reasonable time.

Non-Refundable Items

Except where a refund is required under applicable law, the following are generally non-refundable: completed bookings, subscription periods that have been used or consumed (in whole or in part), and services already rendered. Fees already incurred for processed transactions are likewise non-refundable once the corresponding Service has been provided.

Refund Method and Processing

To request a refund, contact us using the details below, stating your account information and the reason for the request. Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction; we are unable to refund to an alternative account or method. Approved refunds are processed promptly, and the time for the funds to appear on your statement depends on your payment provider.

Consumer Rights (North Macedonia & EU/EEA)

Where you qualify as a consumer, this Policy applies in addition to, and does not limit, your mandatory statutory rights under the Law on Consumer Protection of the Republic of North Macedonia and, where applicable, the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). Such consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 (fourteen) days. For digital services, however, you acknowledge that where performance begins immediately at your express request and with your acknowledgement, the right of withdrawal is lost once the Service has been fully performed. Nothing in this Policy affects rights that cannot be waived or limited under applicable law.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our Service or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page unless otherwise required by law, and your continued use of the Service after such posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy. If you do not agree to an updated Policy, you may delete your account.
